When you're riding long distance on the road, either at high speed or at a more leisurely pace, it is inevitable that your body will be forced to sustain a continual, fairly static riding posture for extended periods. For this reason, and to avoid aches and numbness, it is critical that your bike fits you and is set up according to your natural body geometry. While an experienced eye in a cycle shop is able to spot mismatches and allow informed recommendations, Bikefit will provide us with sizing based on objective ergonomic measurement.

At Cycle Heaven we use the Bikefitting.com system of anatomical measurement to match you to your ideal bike. Using their standard bike fitting analysis, we can recommend your ideal bicycle size and riding position. We will then print out a computer drawing, defining your ideal set-up in terms of your chosen bike style. A drawing can be generated and printed for every bike type you are interested in, from the list of 12 different bike types.

 It takes about 30 - 45 minutes, depending on how many types you are interested in. £35 gets you the complete standard measurement service including computer drawings.
