Set Up £45

Our Set Up is suitable for bikes that are well used, whose systems are out of adjustment, but and only need a minimum of new parts fitted. We set up the gears and brakes; true the wheels and pump the tyres; clean the frame and give the transmission a wipe down and relube; remove the seatpost, pedals and handlebar stem and regrease where necessary, and check for tightness of all the key fastenings on the bike. We will also fit up to two new 'consumable' parts included in this price. If you ride your bike fairly regularly and it's feeling particularly baggy, but nothing much is worn out, then this is the one for you.

Please note:

• This service is comprehensive, but primarily about adjustment. If your bike has many worn out parts, then it might need a Refit.
• This price is exclusive of parts.
• This service includes cleaning: we will clean your frame and wheels and wipe down your transmission. We reserve the right however, to surcharge for the cleaning of excessively dirty bikes. For comprehensive cleaning, polishing and a transmission degrease book your bike in for a 'Bike Valet' at £20 extra.
• This service includes the fitting of up to 2 of the following 'consumables:' tyres, tubes, wheels, all control cables, brake pads, chain, rear sprockets. All other parts will be fitted at the full labour rate, as it constitutes extra work.
• This service does not include the overhaul of any internal assemblies on the bicycle such as hub gears, hub bearings and suspension forks. Service of internal assemblies are charged at the full labour rate.
