The Genesis Flyer single speed shares the same Cromoly steel tube spec and geometry as the sure-footed Equilibrium, using a classic 42/17t gearing combination, to return an open-road, cadence-friendly 65.2 gear inches. The rear wheel can be used in a fixed gear or freewheel mode.
Clement Strada are light and fast tyres giving good puncture protection, but should you need to remove the rear wheel, the traditional forward-facing Campagnolo-style horizontal dropouts makes it simple, even with the extra-long mudguard fitted. Rack mounts complete the picture that makes the Flyer a well thought-through, practical, low-maintenance bike that laughs in the face of grotty weather.
Cromoly frame with subtle cast branding and carbon fork on an icy blue adds a nice finishing touch. Classy looking machine worthy of upgrading (ask Andy).
