What is the Scheme?
The Cycle to Work Scheme is a UK government-backed initiative that helps you get a new bike and accessories tax-efficiently through your employer.
Instead of paying upfront, you spread the cost through your salary, saving money on tax and National Insurance.
Schemes Accepted
We also accept vouchers from all major cycle to work providers. Note that most other schemes charge us a commission, which means we may need to apply a small surcharge on sale items for those orders.

How it works
- Choose your bike
Visit us in-store or online and pick your bike + accessories.
No voucher yet? We can hold your order
Place a small refundable deposit to secure your bike while you wait. Once your voucher arrives, send it to [email protected] and we’ll refund your deposit when you collect.
- Apply
Your employer will be partnered with a scheme like Cycle scheme or Green Commute Initiative.
Need a quote for your employer?
We can provide a written quote. Email us or call and we’ll sort it for you.
- Get approved
Once approved, your employer pays for the bike.
- Collect your bike
Bring your voucher or confirmation and ride away.
- Pay monthly
The cost is taken from your salary before tax, saving you money.
Delivery & Collection
Collect in-store for free, or choose home delivery. All delivery charges are paid separately via a secure payment link and cannot be covered by your voucher.
