We offer a premium in-person home delivery service for bikes. We use our own staff and vehicles for local deliveries (to the wider York region) and a trusted third-party partner for beyond that. It is an extension of our in-store service and very different from that offered by large online bike retailers. 

What we offer:

• Your bike will arrive in pristine condition, fully assembled and ready to ride - built by our technicians, in our workshops.
• It will be delivered at a mutually agreed time.
• Any accessories that you order will be pre-fitted.
• Your bike comes with 12 months free servicing from Cycle Heaven, in addition to the manufacturer's guarantee. 

What you WON'T get:

• A half-assembled bike in a battered box.
• Damage in transit.
• A bike that's not ready to ride.
• Random delivery times to suit a courier's convenience.
• Minimal guarantees.

How do I order?
You can order online, in-store, or by phone. Please note that we will only deliver to the registered credit cardholder's address.

Premium Local Bike Delivery from Cycle Heaven
If you order online and your postcode is on the list below, the delivery charge will automatically be calculated at the checkout. After payment completion, we will contact you by phone at the first opportunity to check the details of your order and arrange delivery at a mutually convenient time. As you can see, we deliver personally to the wider Yorkshire region and a little beyond. Delivery charges will depend on your postcode and start from £15. Premium National Delivery from Bike Services UK
If you are not on this list of postcodes there is the option of using a trusted third-party provider - Bike Services UK. It will usually take a bit longer, but they are a safe pair of hands and offer a similar service to us for fully assembled bikes nationally. We recommend that you get a delivery quote from them first before ordering from us. If you are happy with their offer, then go ahead and select this option at checkout, then book your delivery separately using their website. The system will inform us that you are using Bike Services UK and we will liaise with them.
