COLLECTION VIA CLICK AND COLLECT
You can collect any order via this method for free. Complete the checkout as normal, and for accessories and clothing choose the store where you'd like to collect your order from. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection via email or text. For bikes... you can only collect from our main Hospital Fields Road store. We will call you at the first opportunity after receiving your bike order to confirm the collection time, as it may take longer depending on the bike's state of assembly. We will also discuss the fitting of any extra parts and accessories at this point.  

DELIVERY SERVICE FOR ACCSSORIES AND CLOTHNG
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for this and you can expect delivery anytime from 1-3 days depending on the time of day you order. For this service we will provide you with a tracking number. The tracking number will be sent via email once your item has been shipped. Please note that in the event of a non-arrival using this service, that we will need to wait 21 Days from dispatch before we can investigate.

DELIVERY SERVICES FOR BIKES
We are proud to offer a premium home bike delivery service. We don't ship our bikes in a box, but hand-deliver to your doorstep, built and ready to ride - either using our own vehicles locally (to the wider Yorkshire region), or if you live further afield, using a trusted third party service - Bike Services UK.
