On the subject of names, all Surlys come with stickers, instead of laquered-over graphics. This is so that you can remove them - which a significant number of Surly owners choose to do. They're not bothered about the subsequent loss of visibility, figuring that their band of devoted followers will do all the marketing that they need. And it sits quite comfortably with what is in effect an anti-brand brand.
