Our main repair workshops are Cycle Heaven at the Station and Cycle Heaven at the Angel on Bishopthorpe Road. You can book online at either of these sites on the buttons below. .

You can also use our main store on Hospital Fields Road, but there is limited capacity here - as this this where all our retail bikes are prepared.

For a more comprehensive bike service you can choose from one of our packages. These offer better value because you save money by having a number of jobs done at once. All you pay is a simple flat labour fee with parts charged extra

Setup Bike Service

For everyday riders

Standard bikes £95
All E-bikes £130

A Setup Service is suitable for bikes whose systems are worn and may require the replacement of many of the most common consumables.

We will set up all the systems: the gears and brakes; true the wheels and pump the tyres; lubricate the transmission and other parts; remove the seatpost, pedals and handlebar stem and regrease where necessary, and check for tightness of all the key fastenings on the bike.
This service includes the fitting of all the most commonly worn consumable parts. These are: tyres, tubes, wheels, all control cables and brake pads.
Includes cleaning of the frame and rims and a wipe down of the transmission. What we class as 'excessively dirty' bikes will attract a cleaning surcharge of £10-15. If you would like a much more thorough and deep clean, book in for a Refit.
We run a diagnostics check and software update on e-bikes.
This price is exclusive of parts.
Repairs qualify for our customer reward scheme - one sticker for every £5 spent. One full card of 15 is worth £5 credit.

* Please note that we will only work on UK legally-compliant and what we regard as ‘kosher’ e-bike systems which includes: Bosch, Shimano, Brompton etc and anything that we sell. If in doubt speak to our workshop on 01904 651870 (option2) before booking.
