The Puky LRM will get the youngest possible toddler scooting along in no time - feet off the ground, fully balanced. This one has solid, but very comfy and free running tyres and a tough steel frame with retro styling and a wicker basket. No brakes at this age, as that's what their feet are for. It says two years up on the box and 'does what it says on the tin - this author's (smallish) girl was balancing at two years and three months. Beware: it will bring a tears to your eyes.
