Axa Frame Locks

Most Gazelles are equipped with a frame lock, which immobilises the rear wheel at the flick of a lever. This feature means that an opportunist thief will have to carry your pride and joy away - no mean feat with a Dutch bike! If you use it in conjunction with a good D-lock, you will have great security.

Your frame lock always comes with 2 keys bearing the same serial number defining the key design.  This is essential to obtain copies of your key. You should keep a note of the serial number of your keys in the event of loss. If you are stuck, we should be able to help out as we keep a note of your key number on your account.

Obtaining key copies is a straightforward and secure transaction between you and Axa in Holland.  Here's how:

Go to the Axa online key ordering service.

  • ·         Enter your key number.
  • ·         Follow the instructions
  • ·         Input your personal details, address and contact details.
  • ·         Check everything is how you want it.
  • ·         Pay!

You will receive an email confirmation with an order number.  It's worth keeping hold of the order number, should something go awry.  You should receive your new key(s) within a few days. 

Cannondale Helmet Crash Replacement

The Cannondale helmet crash replacement programme is designed to subsidise the cost of buying a replacement when a Cannondale helmet has been damaged in a crash. The Cannondale Helmet Crash Replacement Programme is available to customers that are resident in the United Kingdom and purchased their helmet from a UK Cannondale dealer. A helmet that has been involved in an accident can be replaced at a reduced price if it is no more than 2 years old. The replacement helmet will be the same size and model as the original or the nearest current equivalent if the original model is no longer available. When the same colour helmet is no longer available, the customer will be sent an alternative colour from the current Cannondale helmet range.

The customer must initially contact the CSG UK Warranty & Technical department to obtain a returns number, and then send in the following:

• Customers full name, address and daytime phone number.
• Information about the Crash / Accident.
• Proof of purchase for the original helmet.
• The damaged helmet.

These should be sent by the customer directly to:
CSG UK, Warranty Dept, Vantage Way, The Fulcrum, Poole, Dorset, BH12 4NU.

CSG UK will then call the customer to take Debit/Credit card payment as below.

Upon approval and payment, CSG UK will dispatch the replacement helmet directly to the customer viaFed Ex.
